Want to lose body fat? Fitness coach shares 10 high-protein dinners for healthy weight loss
When it comes to fat loss, diet plays just as important a role as exercise. While workouts help burn calories and build muscle, a balanced diet rich in protein, healthy fats and quality carbohydrates can make weight loss more effective by preserving muscle and keeping you full for longer.
Fitness coach and wellness influencer Claire Shiver recently shared the 10 high-protein dinners she relies on while cutting body fat. Each meal packs around 38-46 grams of protein and roughly 450-520 calories, making them filling yet calorie-conscious.
Here are her go-to dinner ideas:
- Chicken rice power bowl: Grilled chicken breast, jasmine rice, broccoli and olive oil (480 kcal, 42g protein).
- Turkey taco bowl: Lean ground turkey with rice, lettuce, pico de gallo and Greek yoghurt (490 kcal, 44g protein).
