Infosys, HCLTech lead 500-pt loss in Sensex; Nifty IT falls for 6th day
The Nifty50 and the Sensex declined as Brent crude prices continued to rise, with no signs of a truce in West Asia.
As of 11:00 AM, the Sensex fell 480.36 points or 0.64 per cent to 75,097.22 and the Nifty50 was down 102.15 points or 0.43 per cent at 23,532.95.

In the broader markets, the Nifty MidCap 100 and the Nifty SmallCap 100 were trading 0.49 per cent and 0.3 per cent lower, respectively.
Sector-wise, the Nifty IT falls over 3 per cent and emerge as the worst performing index, while the Nifty Healthcare outperformed.
