Ajay Devgn-starrer Drishyam: The Conclusion maintained its strong momentum at the box office on Saturday, despite witnessing a slight slowdown after its record-breaking opening on Friday. The film crossed the ₹150 crore mark worldwide within two days and has already entered the top 10 highest-grossing Hindi films of the year.

Drishyam 3 Box Office Collection

The film’s strong advance bookings had indicated a massive opening. Drishyam: The Conclusion recorded the fourth-highest advance-booking collection for an opening day by a Hindi film, with overall advance bookings crossing ₹50 crore by its release.

The film opened with a worldwide collection of ₹93 crore on Friday. On Saturday, the Abhishek Pathak directorial continued its impressive run, earning ₹53.50 crore net in India, according to trade estimates.

With ₹62 crore net collected on Friday and ₹53.50 crore net on Saturday, the film’s two-day domestic collection stands at ₹115.50 crore net, or ₹138.60 crore gross.

The film is now on course for one of the biggest opening weekends for a Hindi film, putting it in the company of recent blockbusters such as Stree 2 and Animal.

Drishyam 3 Overseas Collection

While Drishyam: The Conclusion has not generated the same level of craze overseas as it has in India, the film has still delivered a strong performance compared with several of Ajay Devgn’s recent releases.

According to trade sources, the film witnessed an improvement in overseas collections on Saturday and has so far earned around $4 million in international markets. Its worldwide gross has reached approximately ₹177 crore after two days.

Drishyam 3 Surpasses Drishyam’s Lifetime Collection

The film’s spectacular start has also allowed it to surpass the lifetime collections of several recent big-budget releases.

Among the notable milestones, Drishyam: The Conclusion has already gone past the lifetime collection of Drishyam, the 2015 original. The first film earned approximately ₹107 crore during its theatrical run.

The sequel has also moved past the reported lifetime collection of Salman Khan’s Sikandar, which earned around ₹176 crore last year.
