WTM London 2026 opens ticket bookings with new features and expanded global travel showcase
Ticket bookings are now open for WTM London 2026, part of RX Global, as the world’s leading travel and tourism event prepares to return with new experiences, expanded networking opportunities and a stronger focus on the future of the industry.
Scheduled to take place at ExCeL London from November 3-5, WTM London 2026 will once again bring together travel professionals, industry leaders, stakeholders and decision-makers from across the world.
The upcoming edition will feature an enhanced conference programme, a wider range of networking events and increased opportunities for global business partnerships.
The 2025 edition marked the event’s biggest and most successful year so far, with representatives from 182 countries participating. Exhibitor numbers grew 5% year-on-year, supported by strong growth in the Travel Tech region, which expanded by 55%.
Attendance also reached 46,500 visitors, including 5,500 high-quality buyers, an 8% increase from the previous year. Confirmed business meetings rose 16% to more than 40,000, contributing to over £2.2 billion in business deals directly linked to WTM London.
For 2026, WTM London will introduce paid visitor tickets from the start of registration, aligning with other major international travel events. Ticket prices will initially remain at 2025 levels, with revenue reinvested into improving the event and delivering greater value for attendees.
Visitors booking before August 1 will receive a 50% discount compared with on-the-day pricing. Ticket holders will gain access to expert speakers, the WTM Global Travel Report, thousands of international exhibitors and new features including WTM Travel Tech, a dedicated co-located event focused on the rapidly growing technology segment of travel.
Following its successful launch, WTM TrendFest will return in 2026 with a bigger presence at the centre of the exhibition floor. WTM TV will also return with upgraded screens and greater visibility to highlight key moments from the event.
The 2026 conference programme will introduce a refreshed stage format while bringing back some of WTM’s most popular sessions. The theme for this year’s content will be “Resilience, rebound & reinvention: the next era of global travel.”
A new addition will be the WTM Wanderlust Headliner Stage, hosted and curated by WTM’s official consumer media partner Wanderlust, bringing a broader traveller-focused perspective to the global event.
With new features and a growing international presence, WTM London 2026 aims to strengthen its role as a major platform for collaboration, innovation and business growth in the travel industry.
