Bigg Boss 20: Salman Khan Calls Out Rhiti Tiwari Over Qazi Touqeer Fight

Qazi Touqeer and Rhiti Tiwari’s heated clash inside the Bigg Boss 20 house became one of the major talking points during Weekend Ka Vaar. Host Salman Khan addressed the controversy at length and confronted Rhiti over what he described as her aggressive behaviour during the argument.

What Salman Khan Said

During the episode, Salman spoke about both Qazi and Rhiti’s conduct in the house. He said he respected Qazi but admitted that his opinion of the contestant had changed in recent weeks.

“I have huge respect for Qazi. He has a different taste for music, I have my own. But then he became completely different but since last week, I was not interested in him anymore. I am not liking his personality,” Salman said.

He then turned his attention to Rhiti and criticised her for invoking her father during the confrontation.

“Qazi has gracefully handled all the insults, he has done it all for 20 years. But you Rhiti, you think you are a rockstar but no one thinks so… You are Manoj Tiwari’s daughter… people will say it is nepotism,” Salman said.

He added that Rhiti would now have to establish her own identity rather than rely on her father’s achievements.

“Now, this is the result of your father’s hard work. From now on, it depends on you. What you do, the blame or credit should not go to your father,” he said.

Referring to Rhiti’s remarks during the fight, Salman added, “Aap Dolly ban gayi uss fight mein. Mera baap hota toh dekh leta, but kaise dekh leta? Aapke father actor nahi politician hain. But I don’t think any father would entertain that.”

Why Did Rhiti Tiwari And Qazi Touqeer Fight?

The controversy erupted during a heated confrontation involving Rhiti, Qazi and Uditi. Rhiti allegedly hurled abuses at both contestants, with some of her remarks being muted during the broadcast.

The argument quickly escalated, drawing criticism from several viewers over Rhiti’s language. However, Rhiti appeared unapologetic and said she had used the words because they rhymed better, describing them as “slang”.

Later, while speaking to Mahhi, Rhiti did not appear to regret her remarks and said, “My father would be proud of me for that remark.”

During another task, Rhiti was also seen referring to her father while confronting Qazi. She said, “Agar mere baap aapko yeh sab karte hue dekh lete toh aapko malum nahi hai aapka kya halat hota.”

Manoj Tiwari’s Bigg Boss Connection

Rhiti’s father, actor and politician Manoj Tiwari, was himself a contestant on Bigg Boss 4. His stint on the reality show featured several clashes with fellow contestants, including Shweta Tiwari and Ashmit Patel.

Manoj was eventually nominated alongside Ashmit and was reportedly surprised by his eviction, having believed that his popularity would help him stay in the competition. Bigg Boss 4 ultimately concluded with Shweta Tiwari emerging as the winner and The Great Khali finishing as the runner-up.
