Aishwarya Rai Shares Sweet Reunion With Bridgerton Star Simone Ashley At Paris Fashion Week; Fans Call It ‘Sisterly’ Bond

Bollywood actor Aishwarya Rai returned to Paris Fashion Week as a L’Oréal Paris ambassador, walking the ramp at the ninth edition of Le Défilé L’Oréal Paris. Aishwarya also reunited with Bridgerton star Simone Ashley at the event, with their warm interaction winning attention online.

A video from the event shows Aishwarya warmly greeting Simone with kisses before taking a seat beside her. The two were seen holding hands and chatting while dressed in black ensembles. Aishwarya’s striking new hair colour also caught attention.

The actors later posed for a picture together and were once again seen holding hands during the finale walk on the ramp.

The video quickly circulated online, with fans praising their bond. One fan wrote, “They are giving sisterly vibes,” while another commented, “Such girls girl moment.” Others called the interaction one of their favourite moments and said Aishwarya looked happy alongside Simone.

Aishwarya and Simone had also shared a playful moment at Paris Fashion Week last year when they posed for a goofy selfie. Simone later shared the picture on Instagram, drawing an enthusiastic response from fans.

Aishwarya Rai’s Paris Fashion Week Look

Aishwarya has been associated with L’Oréal Paris for several years and has represented the beauty brand at major international events, including the Cannes Film Festival.

At this year’s Paris Fashion Week, she walked the ramp in a black velvet gown featuring a cape and paired the look with bold red hair. Stylist Mohit Rai styled her for the event.

Sharing a picture of Aishwarya from the show, Mohit wrote, “They said express your worth and we said queen.”

Last year, Aishwarya walked the L’Oréal Paris runway in a custom-made Manish Malhotra outfit featuring intricate detailing.

Aishwarya Rai’s Last Film

Aishwarya was last seen in Mani Ratnam’s 2023 historical epic Ponniyin Selvan: II, which also starred Vikram, Ravi Mohan, Karthi, Trisha Krishnan, Sobhita Dhulipala and R Sarathkumar.

Her performance received critical acclaim, with husband and actor Abhishek Bachchan describing it as her “career best”. The film was also a major box-office success, earning around ₹344 crore worldwide.

Aishwarya has remained away from the big screen since then and is yet to announce her next acting project. She has, however, continued to make appearances at major fashion events and international red-carpet engagements.
