Dubai is set to further strengthen its reputation as a global innovation hub with the launch of Doers Summit 2025, a two-day startup and tech gathering scheduled for November 26–27 at Dubai Silicon Oasis. The event is expected to bring together over 3,000 founders, investors, operators, and industry leaders from around the world to explore frontier technologies, scaling strategies, and cross-border collaborations.

The summit is organised by The Doers Company (tDC) — the team behind the former Reflect Festival — and marks the Dubai chapter of a new three-city global platform that also includes Athens and Limassol.

“Dubai is the next step in our evolution from hosting an event to creating a movement,” said Stylianos Lambrou, CEO and Co-founder of The Doers Company. “Doers Summit exists to turn introductions into deals and playbooks into execution.”

India Takes Centre Stage

A strong Indian delegation will headline the summit, reflecting the rapidly growing India–GCC startup and investment corridor. Among the confirmed speakers:

  • Shri Suresh Prabhu – Former Union Minister & Global Policy Strategist

  • Prof. Milind D. Atrey – IIT Bombay

  • Dr. Huzaifa H. Khorakiwala – Executive Director, Wockhardt Limited

  • Ameya Prabhu – CEO, NAFA Capital Group

  • Avinash Mudaliar – CEO & Co-founder, HTLabs & OTTplay

“This is a great opportunity for Indian startups to showcase their potential on the global stage,” said Mudaliar, adding that the summit will encourage meaningful collaboration between India and the MENA region.

A Global Lineup of Innovators

Speakers from leading tech ecosystems and unicorns include:

  • Uri Levine – Co-founder, Waze

  • Markus Fuhrmann – Co-founder, Delivery Hero

  • Jamil Shinawi – CEO, AHOY

  • Alisa Adel – Airbus

  • Nikos Moraitakis – Workable

  • Demetris Skourides – Chief Scientist, Republic of Cyprus

With three content stages, the agenda will include deep-dive sessions, startup playbooks, and live Q&As covering topics like AI, venture capital, scaling in emerging markets, healthtech, and logistics automation.

Startup Pitching & Deal-Making

Selected founders will participate in:

  • Startup Spotlight

  • Doers Pitch

  • 1:1 investor matchmaking sessions

Previous editions of the summit generated 50+ follow-up investor meetings, with several deals currently in progress.

Networking highlights include curated founder breakfasts, investor roundtables, private mixers, and rooftop meetups across Dubai’s innovation district.

“Doers Summit is a snapshot of where the world is going,” said Dušan Duffek, Co-founder and Board Member of tDC. “You’ll hear practical lessons, see emerging tech up close, and meet the people who are actually building the future.”

With its first Middle East edition, Doers Summit 2025 signals Dubai’s push to become the leading launchpad for startups across Asia, Africa, and Europe — not just a destination for capital, but a destination for execution.
