SRK’s 60th Birthday Party: Karan Kisses Rani for Selfie, Ananya Panday Turns Dance Floor Diva

Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan turned 60 on Friday and marked the milestone with an intimate yet star-studded celebration at his Alibaug residence. Among the close friends in attendance was filmmaker Karan Johar, who offered fans a sneak peek into the party through social media.

Karan shared a selfie on Instagram Stories with Rani Mukerji, both seen smiling warmly for the camera. Dressed in white, the filmmaker planted a kiss on Rani’s cheek as they posed together. Shah Rukh wasn’t in the frame, but the lively background said enough about the mood of the night.

Ananya Panday was also spotted in the shot, holding a drink and dancing in a shimmering golden halter-neck dress. Captioning the story, Karan teased, “Guess the photo bomber?” Multiple guests were seen celebrating on the dance floor as SRK enjoyed his 60th surrounded by friends. Earlier, Farah Khan had shared a picture too, planting a kiss on Shah Rukh’s cheek.

While the celebrations continued in Alibaug, hundreds of fans gathered outside Mannat in Mumbai, as they do every year, holding banners and waiting for a glimpse of the superstar. Shah Rukh traditionally greets his fans from the terrace of his home on his birthday.

What’s next for SRK and KJo

Shah Rukh Khan will next be seen in Siddharth Anand’s upcoming film King, co-starring Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat and Saurabh Shukla. The film is currently in production.

Karan Johar, meanwhile, is backing multiple projects, including Chand Mera Dil starring Lakshya and Ananya Panday, and Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri with Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday, slated for release on December 31, 2025.
