Sir Dr. Chandan Agarwal Honored with Prestigious Chieftaincy Title in Oyo State, Nigeria

In a historic ceremony at the Onjo Palace in Okeho, His Royal Majesty Oba Alayeluwa Dr. Mustapha Osuolale Adeitan II installed Sir Dr. Chief Chandan Agarwal as the KajeWolu of Okeho Land.

The prestigious Yoruba chieftaincy title, meaning protector of peace, development, and unity, is reserved for exemplary global leaders who embody integrity, service, and visionary leadership. Dr. Agarwal was honored for his outstanding contributions to education, entrepreneurship, and humanitarian service across international borders.

An investor in the University of Entrepreneurship and Technology, Nigeria, Dr. Agarwal has played a vital role in advancing educational innovation and empowering youth in Africa. His installation reflects both the community’s deep appreciation and the growing India–Nigeria partnership in education, business, and cultural exchange.
