Seven of a Family Killed as Landslide Destroys Home in J&K’s Reasi

A family of seven was killed in Jammu and Kashmir’s Reasi district early Saturday after their house collapsed in a landslide triggered by a cloudburst, officials said.

The incident occurred around 3 a.m. in Mahore, where the victims were trapped under debris for several hours before rescue teams recovered their bodies, said Waqar Yunus, Sub-Divisional Police Officer of Mahore.
