Hamas Denies Militants Among Palestinians Killed in Israeli Strike on Gaza Hospital

Hamas on Tuesday rejected Israel’s claim that militants were among those killed in Monday’s strike on Gaza’s Nasser hospital, which left six Palestinians dead, including five journalists.

Israel said the strike targeted militants but acknowledged it was investigating civilian deaths, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu calling the incident a “tragic mishap.”

Hamas said two of those Israel identified as militants were killed elsewhere and not at the hospital, but did not clarify if they were civilians.
