Posting the snapshots on X (formerly Twitter), Berry simply captioned them, “This is 59.”

Berry’s toned figure is a testament to her disciplined approach to fitness. Known for her lifelong commitment to health, the Catwoman actor has shifted her focus from cardio to strength training as she’s aged.

Speaking on The Tamsen Show podcast earlier this year, Berry explained, “I have to do things differently now. I used to do a lot of cardio — cycling and running — but right now, I do no cardio. I’m trying to put muscle mass on, so I lift weights now, and I never used to before.”

The Oscar-winning actor added that while she once aimed to stay slim, her focus now is on preserving muscle and metabolism. “I never wanted to get muscly, just stay healthy. But now I lift heavier weights than ever before, and I do it more often. It’s about holding on to the muscle I have — that’s important at this age.”

A Balanced Approach to Diet

Berry, who has lived with diabetes for years, previously followed a strict keto diet. However, she has since modified her eating habits to suit her changing needs.

“I used to be on keto because that’s how I managed my diabetes,” she said. “Now I’ve learned that at this stage in life, I need a little bit of carbs for energy. My energy levels are different, so I’ve made adjustments. I cut out other things instead and listen more to what my body needs.”
