Ranveer Singh and director Aditya Dhar’s first collaboration, Dhurandhar, has finally hit theatres, marking one of the most anticipated releases of the year. The film boasts a powerhouse ensemble cast including Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Akshaye Khanna, and R. Madhavan.

Written and directed by Dhar, the movie follows an Indian spy infiltrating gangs in Pakistan’s Lyari town, drawing inspiration from real-life events and the region’s notorious gang wars.

The film also introduces Sara Arjun, a former child star making her first major appearance as an adult. Her on-screen pairing with Ranveer, who is two decades her senior, has already sparked discussion.

Controversy Surrounds Release
Dhurandhar has faced legal challenges ahead of its release. The parents of the late Indian Army Major Mohit Sharma approached the courts, alleging the film is based on their son, prompting debates over the film’s portrayal of real-life events.
