Singer Katy Perry and former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau turned heads at the 2026 Tribeca Festival, making a high-profile red carpet appearance together at the premiere of Perry’s concert film, Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris.

The pair arrived hand in hand and posed together for photographers, with videos circulating on social media showing affectionate moments between them throughout the event.

For the occasion, Perry wore a vintage white Lanvin gown from the fashion house’s Spring/Summer 1987 collection. The halter-neck design featured rose appliqué detailing at the neckline and waist, while its pleated, flowing silhouette gave the look a Grecian-inspired elegance. The floor-length gown was complemented by a cinched waist and understated styling.

She paired the dress with white-gold jewellery, including statement rings set with rubies and diamonds, as well as half-circle earrings adorned with sparkling stones. Her hair was styled in an elegant updo, while her makeup featured shimmery eye shadow, defined brows, rosy cheeks and a glossy pink-toned lip.

Trudeau opted for a classic black suit paired with a crisp white shirt, keeping his look simple and formal for the premiere.

The film showcased at the festival is a full-length concert feature documenting Perry’s Lifetimes Tour and was filmed during a performance in Paris in November 2025.

Perry and Trudeau first sparked romance rumours after being seen together in Montreal last year. The couple later confirmed their relationship publicly on social media in December 2025. Since then, they have reportedly balanced a long-distance relationship alongside their professional commitments, while prioritising stability for their families and children.
