UAE Rolls Out New Travel Support Measures for Golden Visa Holders Abroad

Golden Visa holders in the United Arab Emirates will now benefit from enhanced travel support services when abroad.

The new measures include a fast-tracked 30-minute online Return Document process for residents who lose or damage their passports while outside the country. In addition, they will receive crisis assistance and have access to a dedicated 24/7 support hotline (+971 2 493 1133) for emergencies or inquiries.

The update is designed to offer greater convenience and security to long-term residents under the prestigious visa programme, which grants extended residency to investors, professionals, and highly skilled individuals contributing to the UAE’s economy.

Launched to attract global talent and investment, the Golden Visa scheme remains a key pillar of the UAE’s residency system. With these new support features, authorities aim to ensure smoother international travel and quicker problem resolution for visa holders facing unexpected disruptions.
